In this course you will form a Wyoming LLC the way it is really done – on the live state portal, with real IRS forms and real documents. We follow one fictional case study throughout: Sample Globe Consulting LLC, owned by an Indian resident with no SSN.

What you will be able to do

• Check name availability and choose a registered agent
• File the Articles of Organization on WyoBiz, screen by screen
• Draft a single-member or multi-member Operating Agreement
• Prepare Form SS-4 and get an EIN by phone or fax
• Prepare the yearly Form 5472 with pro forma Form 1120
• Run the yearly compliance calendar – Wyoming, IRS and India (ODI/APR, ITR)
